Room # 2 - Isabel Suite ~ Private Bathroom with shower and air tub Jacuzzi In-Suite

Room # 3 - Baker Room ~ Shared Hall Bath with walk-in shower

 

Rates:

Rooms $85/Suite $125

Monday through Friday include expanded continental buffet breakfast consisting of coffee or tea, orange juice, cold & hot cereal, fresh fruit and a fresh baked item.

 

Rooms $95/Suite $135

Saturday and Sunday include full served breakfast consisting of coffee or tea, orange juice, cereals, fresh fruit, hot main entrée and a fresh baked item.

 

Room rates are based on double occupancy of two persons per room.

 

Policies:

All rooms are accessible by stairs only and are located on the second floor.

 

No guest pets allowed, resident dog and cat living on-site.

 

The Bed & Breakfast is not suitable for children under the age of 13.

 

Smoking is NOT permitted in house or on any porches, Ohio State Law. No Firearms permitted.

 

Check in time is between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm. Times outside of that window need to be prearranged (48 hours in advance) and may be charged an additional fee.

 

Check out time is 11:00 am.

 

Advanced guaranteed reservation required (for those 21 and over). We MUST receive a payment for the total of your stay in order to hold reservation. We presently accept cash or check (must present drivers license).

 

Cancellation of reservation received two weeks (14 days) prior to arrival date will be refunded. Cancellation within two weeks (14 days) of arrival date will be charged full amount unless room(s) are rebooked (subject to $20 rebooking fee). No-shows and cancellations not rebooked will be charged the full room rate amount.

 

Two night stay required for most weekends and major holidays (call for single weekend night availability).

 

Rooms # 1 & # 3 have shared hall bathroom. You can request that we block off the opposite room, (Based on availability at time of booking) in order to give you a private bathroom.

 

Damage or extra cleaning caused by you or your guest (above normal wear and tear) will be charged to you and is your financial responsibility.
